Personalized & Made-to-Order Policy
Overview
✅ All products are made to order.
✅ No returns on any products unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
✅ Defects/damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of the carrier’s delivery date — no exceptions.
✅ No refunds on personalized items (custom names, dates, colors, phrases, or any custom request). Personalized items are final sale.
✅ Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
How to Report a Defect or Damage (within 5 business days)
Email [your support email] with:
✅ Order number
✅ Brief description of the issue
✅ Clear photos: the entire item, close-ups of the issue, outer shipping box and shipping label
✅ Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved (we may request a return or carrier inspection)
If approved: we will repair or replace the item with the same product, or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable. Original-payment refunds are not available for personalized items.
Not Considered Defects
✅ Minor color/contrast differences due to screen settings or print processes
✅ Slight placement variances (within normal production tolerances)
✅ Normal wear and tear after use or washing
✅ Incorrect size/fit when the item matches the posted size chart
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
✅ Personalized/custom items (any customization request)
✅ Used, washed, or worn items
✅ Items without original packaging (if a return is requested by us)
✅ Final-sale or discounted items
✅ Digital downloads
Order Changes, Cancellations & Addresses
✅ Because items are made to order, orders may enter production quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately—once production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
✅ Wrong or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. We can assist with re-shipment at additional postage cost.
Carrier Issues (Lost or “Delivered” but Not Received)
✅ If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier to open a claim. We’ll help with documentation, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for confirmed deliveries.
