Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email sales@eliteasylum.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, production, or shipping has begun.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within three calendar days after delivery by emailing sales@eliteasylum.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.
